So far there has been exceptional interest in this project, with calls coming from all over the continent, from people wanting to own one of these superb homes. With this tremendous interest and the limited number of these homes available, we needed to find a fair way to put them on the market. We decided an auction was the best way to do this.

The starting price for these homes is $297,000 plus applicable taxes. Special mortgage financing for such EcoCondos is being provided by Desjardins, with longer amortization and reduced fees. You must contact us by Monday June 11th if you are seriously interested in bidding on these homes and would like more information on the units. Bidding will close June 18th, 2007. The information package will include floor plans, specifications, and a bid form. If you know anyone who is currently in the market for a home in Montreal, or in the market for a healthy 'green' home in particular, please let them know about the auction now, so that they have a chance to bid on these 3-of-a-kind homes.
